Well, it's been a really long time since I've posted anything so here goes! Today I have a smaller brick house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on a big 4X3 lot and its great for a couple of sims. The price of this home is 26,292 Simoleons. ReplyDeleteJust wanna say that I came across your site from a yahoo answers page and I'm super glad I did! You have some wonderful houses and they actually look like real houses I'd see if I walked around in terms of outside and inside floor plans. Most of the others houses I've seen look nice but "fake" if you know what I mean :/ so I really like your houses.
I know its kind of hard to make houses on a budget but I was wondering if you could make some more starter homes? I see that there are a couple and I've definitely downloaded them. Of course unfurnished homes would be best so that it gives more money to work with for the building part. I just go with a rectangle and I'm just too bored of it now.
So if it's not too much to ask, I would like to request more starter homes 20,000 and unfurnished.
Keep doing what you're doing! It's awesome!
