Brick House With Great Yard

Hey everybody! Today I built a nice house with a great backyard. The grass is really green and it's fully fenced! The house is a pretty decent size. Not too big, not too small. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a formal dining and formal living room, master on main, and a 2X3 lot. I really like the way it came out considering the fact that it was completely free formed. Tumbleweed House

I'm sure some of you know what a Tumbleweed house is. For those who don't, they're extremely small houses designed to fit only one to two people. This replica is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on a 1X1 lot. Can't get any smaller than this! I had to lay out the floor plan perfectly for all the furniture to be functional and still look good. So, I hope you like it! By the way, it costs 18,000 Simoleons.

1500 Cayden Court

Welcome to 1500 Cayden Court! You will be greeted by a lovely courtyard where you can have a seat and admire the scenery. This house has a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, L-shaped floor plan. The kitchen is open to the family room which overlooks the over sized patio with a hot tub. The kitchen is completely finished but the rest of the home it totally empty. Have fun making it your own! It is on a 3X3 lot and costs 55,009 Simoleons.

Large Narrow House

Well, as you know, it's been a really long time since I've built anything. So sorry, I've just been so caught up in school, work, etc. Anyway, this house is very unique. I have not the slightest idea of what inspired me to build it but it's just a long, narrow, large house. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and a finished kitchen. It costs 48,177 Simoleons and it's on a 2X4 lot. Enjoy:)
