4400 Miramonte Way

Welcome to 4400 Miramonte Way! It's the 3rd home in the Ridge at Miramonte series. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. One thing that is unique about the floor plan is the raised game room above the family room. It doesn't really have to be a game room, though. You can use it as anything. Also, this house is the only one of the 4 that has a 3-car garage. That is my favorite thing about the house. Like the first house, it has a keeping room off of the kitchen. Other rooms on the main floor include a 2-story foyer, formal living room and dining room, bedroom 5, and a large family room. Rooms on the second floor are the HUGE master suite, bedrooms 2-4, and the game room. The cost of this house is 56,782 Simoleons.
